To support workforce training and development, the Employer agrees to contribute 0.5% of gross wages to the Education and Training Program for all hours worked by employees. Qualifications, skill development, and safety training are essential for success in the construction industry. All tradespersons are required to provide their own trade-specific tools, with the exception of power tools, which will be supplied by the Employer. Mechanics have the option to either use their own tools or utilize the Employer's tools. Those who choose to use their own tools will be compensated.
