Dent EA management work together to ensure employees receive the provisions they are entitled to. Forms will be provided by HR or management as part of a new hire package and the employee is is responsible for completing and submitting the appropriate paperwork.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The Employer will hold monthly on-shift safety meetings for all employees. The Employer and Association will uphold and enforce the Occupational Health and Safety Program. Employees have the right to refuse unsafe work in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations, including work involving hazardous equipment, tools, or conditions.
