Health Plan Eligibility
The Employer agrees to cover 100% of the hourly remittance for participation in the Employer-sponsored Benefit Plan. Employees become eligible for coverage on the first day of the second month following the completion of 300 hours worked. To receive benefits, employees must complete the required enrollment form, as it is a condition of coverage.
This plan is designed to support employees and their families by providing financial protection against unexpected illnesses and accidents. Coverage includes life insurance, dental care, prescription drugs, and long-term disability benefits.

RRSP
We understand the importance of flexibility and control when it comes to planning for your retirement. That’s why we have negotiated retirement savings plans that empower you to grow your savings on your terms.
As an employer-sponsored savings program, this plan is designed to help employees build their retirement savings. Upon successful completion of the 90-calendar-day probationary period and submission of the required enrollment form, the Employer will contribute 1% of the employee’s gross wages to the plan. It is the employee’s responsibility to complete and submit the enrollment form in a timely manner to participate.
